Community & Youth Readiness Ambassadors
The Community & Youth Readiness Ambassador programs equip neighbors of all ages to learn lifesaving skills, lead local preparedness projects, and strengthen resilient neighborhoods—welcoming new and returning ambassadors to train, serve, and mentor.

Practical lifesaving skills: First aid, CPR, fire safety, and disaster planning—with options to advance into shelter ops, radio comms, and damage assessment.

Leadership, mentoring & growth: Lead drills, co‑facilitate trainings, and mentor new ambassadors; earn service hours (youth) and résumé‑ready experience (adults).

Community Tool Lending Library
The Community Tool Lending Library is a free, shared resource that loans hand, power, and yard tools so neighbors can rebuild, create defensible space, and complete home and community projects—strengthening resilience while reducing costs.

Pioneer CERT & Teen CERT
Pioneer CERT is a trained neighborhood response team that offers ongoing preparedness classes, drills, and call‑outs—welcoming new and returning volunteers to build skills and serve during incidents.
