Our small communities nestled in the foothills of the Sierra are constantly on alert for a variety of hazards such as wildfires, mudslides, and floods that can leave many residents in urgent need. We are committed to ensuring we have the resources necessary for effective crisis management.

DIAMOND LEVEL  $25,000+

SEASONAL NEEDS: Support the survivors that are living in RV’s that need supplies to prepare and weatherize their trailers and properties for the changing weather. Funding could support the families in our programs for two seasons. 

STRATEGIC GROWTH: Each of our programs have the ability to help even more, but this requires funding. This level of support could help develop our programs and provide even more aid to those who have been, and will be, affected by a disaster.

DISASTER PREPAREDNESS WORKSHOPS: Support for 10 Disaster Preparedness Workshop series, allowing 200 participants to attend, and help to purchase essential supplies such as first aid kits, go-bags, and printed materials.

PLATINUM LEVEL  $20,000+

COMMUNITY RESILIENCE PROJECTS: Pulling together resources, people, services, and closing the gap on needed assistance in our rural communities.  Projects aimed at building community resilience, collaboration, strength, and courage. 

LONG-TERM RECOVERY PROGRAMS: Ensure that when our community is faced with another disaster, a long-term program is in place to care for the survivors for the years that follow. 

DISASTER PREPAREDNESS WORKSHOPS: Support for 8 Disaster Preparedness Workshop series, allowing 160 participants to attend, and help to purchase essential supplies such as first aid kits, go-bags, and printed materials.

ENHANCED PREPAREDNESS: Enable WSF to develop and implement comprehensive disaster preparedness plans for other vulnerable communities.

RESPONSE TEAM SUPPORT: Provide additional training, purchase equipment for response teams, increasing the capabilities of our CERT Team and enhancing local response networks. 

DISASTER PREPAREDNESS WORKSHOPS: Support for 6 Disaster Preparedness Workshop series, allowing 120 participants to attend, and help to purchase essential supplies.

SILVER LEVEL  $10,000+

TRAINING PROGRAMS: Expand our Train-the-Trainer programs that trains volunteers and community members on teaching our Disaster Preparedness Workshops in other regions, as well as continuing to grow the Community Emergency Response Team.

DISASTER PREPAREDNESS WORKSHOPS: Support for 4 Disaster Preparedness Workshop series, allowing 80 participants to attend, and help to purchase essential supplies such as first aid kits, go-bags, and printed materials.

INDIVIDUAL NEEDS: Help provided supplies for the survivors who are rebuilding and need assistance with smaller items to complete their move in needs.

To effectively communicate the partnership between West Slope Foundation and Sponsor, the following comprehensive Public Relations Plan has been developed to benefit all parties.

Launch Event: Organize a community launch event to introduce the partnership and program. Include demonstrations, workshops, and opportunities for community members to engage. Information Booths: Set up booths at local events, fairs, or markets to provide information about the program and how residents can get involved.

Co-Branding Materials: Develop co-branded materials (brochures, flyers, posters) that highlight the partnership and program, ensuring consistent messaging across all platforms. Logo Usage: Ensure both organizations’ logos are prominently displayed in all communications related to the partnership.
